What is a Queue?

Your queue is where you'll manage your requests, as well as the order in which requests are worked on.

Requests at the "top" of your queue will be worked on first. Requests at the "bottom" of your queue will be worked on last.

Your Primer team will work through your queue from top to bottom.

From your queue, you can also edit or duplicate existing requests.

Modifying Your Queue Order

If you need to change the order of your queue, either click the up/down arrow on the request you'd like to change, or click "Move to top" to move the request to the top of all pending requests.

Requests cannot be prioritized above in-progress requests. By moving your request "To the top" you are ensuring that that request will be worked on next.

If you have an emergency and need to pause or change a request already in progress, please use the intercom chat functionality in the bottom-right corner of your screen to reach out to your Primer team.
